Our system is able to X-Ray the entire length of belt while running (up to 12 m/sec). This prevents the need to shut down your operation.

2. ST-Belt Splice Inspection & Analysis
Using the Endurance X-Ray vision system you can view the quality and conformity to critical splice criteria to make sure there are no issues with start up. The splice inspection & analysis can also be added to a preventative maintenance program by keeping a log of X-ray reports that can be compared over time to identify changes and potential issues in the splice area. Armed with this data the maintenance team can take proactive action and address problems before they become emergencies.
